Pleasant employees at the ground levels eager to help. Clean working environment. Central location near Falkirk town centre. Chipshop round the corner (yes, I'm struggling).
Cons
Bullying culture. No chance of pay increases. Weekly dismissals to keep everyone in fear. No loyalty to staff. Sociopathic middle management and a tyrannical owner.
