-Adequate variety of positions, (Retail Associate, Tour Guide, Photographer, etc.). -Opportunities for promotion. -Part time positions that are very flexible according to your availability.
Cons
-Management tends to be biased and pick favorites. -Management doesn't keep tabs on employees well enough, resulting in rather lack of work ethic, and sub-par customer service from the employees themselves. -Little resources are available to maintain the exhibit.
