1. Doesn’t pay you for 30 business days! They call it an observation period where they don’t pay you but make you work. 2. After the observation period, you should be paid. But guess what they will delay talking to you. And so you will still be working 1-2 weeks after your ‘observation period’ still without pay and still without an understanding if you will be hired! 3. They only hire international students and automatically reject local candidates. Because local candidates will not stand for the non-payment but international students might. International students have a harder time getting a job so there is some sort of power play here! 4. There is zero structure. Everything is manual and on-paper.
