      Good Managers Got a bonus - ONE TIME in 4 years. may be a good entry point but get out as soon as you can

      Cons

      Work-life balance was not good. I use to take work with me home. Lot of lazy employees to work with. You can get the crap of others just because they are lazy. So you have to be vigilant all the time. - Below market pay(Very low). No overtime opportunities, furloughs, lay off, pay cuts, work on old technologies

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
