      Pros

      * Management was willing to hire entry level employees with little to no experience * Employees were allowed to challenge themselves and advance intellectually * Work environment was non-stressful, hours were decent, benefits and pay were ok

      Cons

      * Quality bar is low * Very little room for professional or long-term career growth * Unstable contracts * Nevet met senior management, not even once in an entire year

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
