      Pros

      I was compensated well. There are educational opportunities if your manager approves and CSC approves.

      Cons

      Only certification training offered are through CBTs. CSC will not pay for a certification program, they will pay for the test however. There is very little chance for growth unless you want to relocate and your manager approves to release you at your current duty location. I volunteered for any additional duties that were offered and that still did not help me retain my job. I was just a number there. There is no communication. Usually you find out you're not following the correct procedure when you do it wrong and get your hand slapped.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
