Pros

In the Dayton area, I was supporting a very large program for the Air Force. Everyone at CSC, including the contractors to CSC, were extremely hard workers, always had the customer's goals in mind, and worked great as a team. It was great that all people on the program, whether they were contractors from other companies or employees of CSC, were all on the same team and treated equally. Management was always transparent with us about the good and bad, basically treated us as the adults we were. Greatly appreciated.

Cons

The consulting arm of CSC caused some hiccups, as many consultants were clearly trying to bring on their own team consulting members in order to meet their goals/requirements (and bonuses?) which can cause some ugliness with the unnecessary politics.

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
