nothing is expected of you. you dont get fired here no matter what....and people know that! im sure it is a plus to most folks.
Cons
clueless company run by morons. clueless lazy dumb managers. lack of leadership, fascination to hire losers and hold on till eternity. worse quality of projects. there are people who drink everyday, some in hidden cups. no background check on individuals. turned out one was taken in for a bar fight. Seniors are outright idiots. Cant explain the contract and after years when the billing goes wrong they go scrambling around for keeping the books. btw the client has to explain the issue. this company is openly ridiculed by the clients in meetings and it is an embarassment. They only get work because of their MBE status. The boss comes in to the wrong meeting discussing the wrong items. What a JOKE!!!! THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL ASYLUM!
