Pros
This once was a great organization to work for but all that has changed over time. The original management team was individuals, with an engineering/technical background who had worked their way up through the ranks and they knew their stuff. Safety was "job1" Some of the best and brightest minds in the gas industry once worked here.
Cons
The bottom line is all this organization is concerned about, safety be damned. The company is now run by folks who really have no business what so ever managing a testing laboratory. You have engineering judgements and decisions being made by people who do not have the appropriate background and experience to do so. Many long term employees who were the knowledge pool have been replaced by junior cadets who know nothing and have no one to learn from. Oh, but they work cheaper. You can get three of them for the cost of one experienced individual.
