Hands on training and company has great atmosphere.

Since it is a smaller team many things can become hectic during peak busy season.

They stand by their word! They are supportive of their leaders and teachers. They seek the best for students and they have an excellent system of accountability.

I wish they would house special education ancillary staff to disseminate to various different schools versus each school having its own ancillary staff. Outside of my wish, I have not found a better group of people and company to work for. They hands down has been the best.
