      Pros

      On the sales end, they had excellent training on location in Cedar Rapids, IA. Really established a great foundation in the logistics field because of the support up there.

      Cons

      For all the money they spent, training, and hiring, they had a terrible long term business plan for their satellite offices. Think it could have been managed better. Also, when they laid everyone off, severance was a joke.

      We are glad to hear training went well for you in Cedar Rapids., Often when a company has to make a difficult decision to eliminate a group of employees there are individuals who would like to have been provided with "more". We have specific guidelines we have to follow regarding severance in order to ensure parity.

      It's CRST no pros management is garbage

      Cons

      Site managers work 5 to 6 hours that's it but if you call in or leave early you get a point they can't manage a lemonade stand and can't do the job they give backing test to new recruits and cand back a trailer themselves lol
