Pros

A pay check. that's all.

Cons

I have been at Crossmark several years. In that time the company has been bought and sold at least twice! Every new owner gives us more hoops to jump through, more little tasks (with NO added pay!), more restrictions and conditions to adhere to; the noose just gets tighter and tighter! I have been layed-off 3 times in the years I've been here and twice I was notified by EMAIL! My supervisor DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO CALL ME IN PERSON! My supervisor constantly complains about people quitting on her (DUH!!!) I have not had a raise in over two years, but Inflation continues to skyrocket!!!Part-timers (EVERYBODY is part-time!) don't get any paid vacation, holidays or sick days! I've been with Crossmark longer than I care to admit and I am still only making $15 an hour! Recently EVERYBODY in the company was REQUIRED to sign a waiver "CONSENTING" to GPS tracking on our company provided device (phone, tablet)! So if you finish working at 5PM and decide to stop at a bar, strip club, gun shop, WHATEVER- than they know where you are AFTER working hours! The device is assigned to you, you have to have it with you at all times because you are responsible for it! Screw that noise! These are SOME of the reasons I'm on Indeed looking for a DIFFERENT job! Crossmark is a revolving door company on the decline.

Pros

No pros working at crossmark

Cons

an honest example of your day, we will pay you for 15 minutes to run up to a Walmart. For that 15 minutes we will expect you to read instructions for any new changes, run in and check in with a manager, find our product, count our products exactly, go to the back room and find our products (which is by far the longest step), count our products in the back exactly, bring our products to the front of the store, take pictures and answer questions, remove all old products, stock by date, take pictures and answer questions. If this takes you 25-30 minutes, which is probably a more accurate accounting, we will still only pay you for 15. If you are lucky there may be another job that day, but if not you will be expected to waste your gas, drive to the Walmart that we demanded, and work that 15 minute job alone. In that case we will be demanding that you take an hour out of your day for $3.00.
