They actually deserve zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Ridiculously low pay, and NO RAISES EVER! Stupidly high expectations of their minimum wage employees. Exploitative business model with ZERO loyalty to, or appreciation of, employees. This truly disgusting company deserves to go out of business, and the greedy, lamebrained CEO should have to come back in another life as one of Crossmark's merchandisers as a fitting karmic punishment for taking an already scummy company and making it even more despicable. AVOID Crossmark like the plague! The positive reviews have got to be fake- all of the many other Crossmark merchandisers I have ever worked with think this company is horrible. That's why they have such astronomical turnover.
