The founders have their relatives with no merit at all at senior levels. If anyone raises their voice against this or the incompetence they are forced to leave... they hire people from outside at senior levels but continue to interfere. No hikes or employee retention. no senior leaders left so no learning at all. tech head, hr head, cro, cfo's all have left best place to earn a good living while doing nothing. as no senior management just be yes man of COO that is enough to survive. you will not get any of the variable part of ctc. they just promise at the time of joining but nothing will be paid. the good reviews on glassdoor are fake and written by them, the real ones you can make out.
