Pros
The company is appropriate for the people who are fresh out of college, starting out in equity research and who dont know much about the field. It is filled with loads of experienced people with a helping nature. The organisation structure is pretty flat and the company follows an open culture with stress on meritocracy.
Cons
Being a KPO, it will be void of the exposure you get at the front-end equity research. Additionally, after you've spent some time in the organisation, you're expected to do additonal work apart from your assigned sector/role which is quite annoying. This additional work culture is prevalent right uptil the upper management and is difficult to rid oneself off.
