Stay away from CRG - Anonymous employee CRG Employee Review

No sick pay, No maternity pay, Over worked and not appreciated at all. Terrible management who are not supportive, understanding or approachable. Clear favouritism amongst employees. Have seen many employees come and go due to poor management. No desire to try and help employees if they need it. Working environment is very hostile, cannot be yourself or even talk with other colleagues about day to day things, always feel as though your on egg shells. Management would not talk to you unless it is about work, they have no interest in their employees. There is no career progression in this company, and this was confirmed by management.
