My mentor does not want my code to go into production. He is quite unsupportive and frequently acts as though he is too busy to help. He ignores my personal DMs, and when I tag him in threads, his replies are very rude. Furthermore, he has not provided any KT. Unfortunately, the management structure offers no support or resolution in these situations.
