Management don't train you, don't respect you, don't honour any of their promises to you. They force you to sign out of the minimum working hours agreement to even get a job there. They have favouritism over who gets the nicest shifts and the most hours. Unable to conduct any form of reliable training as every member of management tell you different things. They hire people aged as close to 16 as possible to save money. They still cook and serve crepe mixes that are out of date!!! Absolutely 0 care in regards to allergens, customers have been ill after visiting last month. They deduct crazy amounts of pay from you if you accidentally break a glass. No staff are health and safety trained so if you injure yourself at work all you get is a plaster. Management team are catty and don't care about their employees at all. No company benefits, no work life balance either. 16 year olds are expected to stay past midnight.
