The CEO is the worst human being, he is disrespectful, narcissistic, and very controlling. Employees are underpaid, unappreciated, and bullied. The boss is self-centered, steals credit, has poor self awareness, thinks he is always right, he is a poor communicator, he screams and yells at his employees instead of effectively conveying his message, he never praised or encourages his employees instead he belittles them, he has created a culture of fear and distrust in his company, his employees are scared to speak up because if they do, they get fired right away, he has unrealistic expectations from his employees, he has poor listening skill, he hears what he wants to hear instead of is being said to him, he thinks his employees are always lying to him and plotting things against him, could call him delusional. Moreover, he is deceptive and overly critical, he is manipulative, lacks integrity, arrogant and vindictive. On the other hand, the CFO is a great man and the managers are outstanding. I would not recommend anyone working for this human.
