Pros
The biggest pro of working for Crave is the potential money I can make. I average $40-80 hourly, tips included. I am able to take home cash at the end of every shift. I work individually and have complete control of my guests experience.
Cons
As the economy gets more expensive, our company has gradually lost business. We have a more expensive menu and the business decline has reflected in our loss of hours. There is never consistency with how much I will make in a year, a month, a week or even a shift. We simply rely on walk-ins and reservations that are never promised. I am also seeking a job that doesn't require me to be present for up to 13 hours a day and every weekend.
