•Night support gets paid less than the day team but does more work!!! •Extremely unorganized company! •Terrible system. We have to run about 9-10 programs daily to perform one simple task! i.e In order to check the status of one load, you have to pull up at least 6-7 different programs (literally!!!) •UNION NEGOTIATIONS have pretty much been a "get out of jail free card" for drivers. (Only in Chicago, not UT) •Drivers are allowed to do as they please without consequences (late PUs and deliveries, no call no show, blow off loads, etc) •Not so great Benefits •Not the best PTO system To sum it up, don't accept an offer from them unless you are desperate for work or you are simply looking for experience in every thing you DON'T want in your next job!
