      Schooling, descent pay for a newbie, get to see the country on someone else's dime

      Cons

      "Trainer" only had 9 months experience 1 trainer and 2 trainees on a truck is super cramped and inconvenient, sitting all weekend in a truck stop with no load amd not getting paid
