Pros
They had a 17 day course to get you your CDL and tried to get you on the road as quickly as possible. When I started being a consistent (99%+ on time) driver I got as much work as I wanted. Low-Stress if you keep your life in order. Willing to allow drivers with no experience to train and drive for them. I was only shorted on 1 load in my 2 1/2 years at the company (I forgot to have the client sign when I delivered - my bad)
Cons
Lowest pay in the industry (Get your 2 years in and find another company) Getting back home was difficult (reason I left) and I lived by the Main Facility. Poor career if you have family and kids. Tons of drivers with negative attitudes, Lots of drivers make poor choices, get punished for those poor choices (Multiple Late loads means your DM won't give you miles till you bring your on-time average back up) and then do nothing but complain about. England Facilities have tons of bad drivers sitting at them (good drivers don't ever stop).
