Pros

CPQ is a growing organization. It is in an expansion phase. There is so much flexibility, highly supportive and collaborative teams to work with. No Micro-management, everyone is treated as responsible for their own job. Weekly Fun outings with the teams. In last year, the organization has acquired & implemented multiple functions and processes to build a strong structure. A great to place to work for people who like to have an ownership & performance and like to work in a team.

Cons

At CPQi, we do not believe in "Cons". We believe that imperfections are a great opportunity to learn and improve. It gives full flexibility to employees who like to improve things for the better.

Pros

It gives you opportunity to travel and to acquire valuable experience in the financial market.

Cons

HR is very disorganized. Salaries and benefits are not good and they make a huge profit over your work. The company is growing fast and having many problems with organization. If you come from IT market, you're going to be lagged working there, so, if you want to continue developing your IT skills, change to other company or keep getting certifications in your area.

We have just joined glassdoor and I want to thank you for your review. We are now working on the 2016 plans and will cascade them through the organization in November. I am pleased to tell you that we have a new HR Director on the way in October and a new incentive program is being developed.
