Since CPL was acquired by CGA, the company has seen some favourable changes. We have expanded naturally meaning there is much more room for promotions, as well as an increase in employee benefits such as flexible working and sick pay policies.
Regarding your advice to management, pre-acquisition, we prided ourselves on our 50/50 split of men and women in our senior leadership team.
