There isn’t any, but a paycheque for meantime
Cons
Management get reworded to discipline employees, which creates a hostile workplace. Instead looking for guidance from your management, you go to work everyday not to give a reason for a possible disciplinary action/ although once your accused whatever you say don’t mean anything, they’ll just run with the managers word and you don’t get a say till your union fights for you which takes years to get resolved.
