      Pros

      Great, smart team. Decent benefits. Summer Fridays are the best perk

      Cons

      Used to be a great job. Now morale is in the toilet because the CEO implemented an RTO policy across a year but was very transparent on the now very clear intentions to return fully to office. Caused layoffs and now no one is happy.

      Great people, Summer Friday’s, catered lunch

      Cons

      There is a RTO mandate over the course of a year which started off at 2 days then to 3 then to 4. Everyone is overworked and people are leaving left and right. No one is getting hired to help out and everyone is just unhappy.
