      Pros

      We do amazing work everyday for adults and children with disabilities. Education, residential, habilitation, recreation, and so much more. 70 years of helping others... that's what were all about! The leaders are wonderful visionaries.

      Cons

      There are no real 'cons.' There's lots of job opportunities (including transferring within departments) and management listens and reacts to the needs of the staff.
