Good entry level pay but beware outdated culture - Customer Service Representative COUNTRY Financial Employee Review

The culture is circa 2005. They have very high turnover and don't spend much energy on developing talent. Don't expect much as far as recognition. Most employees are in a hurry to post out once their year is up. Metrics are always extremely important but that's all they focus on or care about. They treat employees as expendable.
