Cons
High turnover, understaffed for long periods of time, little support for growth (depending on area), and underpaid compared to competitors. Small raises overall, even if you're an overachiever and stellar employee. Can take advantage of great employees by assigning more work and let mediocre/underperformers skate by with doing less.
