They have a great training program, and have an underwriting department that will walk you through each step.
Cons
Watch out for your agent. Most of the agents put maximum pressure on you so they can go on trips. The pay is not great at all. As an employee you are nothing more than just someone to put money in their pocket. If you have a good agent you will do well, if you get one like I had 100% run.
