Pros
Good for training to see if insurance is the career for you. Start there and learn the business, get fired and go somewhere else and hopefully be successful. Depends on your manager. If you have a good one that will support you then you have a chance. If you have a horrible one like I had, you have no chance.
Cons
Long hours and the company has really tuff benchmarks to make sure you will not succeed. They are constantly hiring because they fire more people than they can hire. Out of 10 people I said no to 8. They are a bunch of close minded farmers running a company that does little to help you succeed. Also you sign a contract and they can change it at any time to make things more difficult. You are put on a short sales leash every three months. You can also work there for 5 years and they can come up with a reason to terminate you and your book of business does not belong to you. It's a great scam by another insurance company to hire and fire you and wright all of your training off. If they treat there employees like this what does that say about their customers????
