Pros
Overall, the benefits benefits are decent. Flexible work schedule. and good pension plan if you stay long enough. Medical benefits are just average. The home office staff are generally very friendly and willing to collaborate.
Cons
Limited opportunity for advancement, especially in management. The software development process still is very waterfall like. Very limited technical training provided. Work life balance has historically been good but recently taken a turn for the worse.
