There are good people in the company Company good place to launch career in insurance Find the right person and you can get a great deal of support

Farm Bureau runs the political area Local agents and adjusters must listen to Farm Bureau Agent or Adjuster walks outside of agenda they are fired Too many vendors have stakes in the company and sometimes there are conflicts of interest that are difficult to ignore but you have to learn to shut up and follow orders if you want to get ahead Thinking of transferring to another area to see if things are better
