Pros
Work from home
The colleagues you work with at the same level are genuinely great people
Cons
Where do I start?
The company lacks any visible strategy—short or long term. Nepotism is rife, fairness is absent, and there is no genuine support to help employees succeed. When things inevitably go wrong due to this lack of support, employees are punished rather than helped.
Leadership:
The ELT shows no concern for staff below them. If you are not billable more than 95% of the time, you are treated as meaningless and disposable. Instead of providing opportunities to resolve challenges, they will simply cut you loose.
Culture: Bullying is rampant and goes unaddressed. In fact, bullies are often rewarded with promotions, while those who speak up are punished. Morale is consistently undermined by this toxic environment.
Structure & Management: The company nearly undergoes a “restructure” every six months, usually just reshuffling the same handful of managers. This constant churn creates confusion, with many employees not knowing exactly who they report to for long periods of time.
Pay & Recognition: Salaries are below industry standards. Attempts to discuss pay reviews are dismissed with endless excuses, and meaningful recognition is non-existent.
Feedback: When company-wide feedback is provided, management ignores the negative and instead tampers with the few positive aspects raised, further frustrating employees.
