Great retirement match, regular bonuses that increase over time with company, events to boost staff morale, generally supportive leadership, regular increases in pay, quickly growing and consistent providing other opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Meeting productivity hours can be stressful, when leadership is under pressure can at times put off “deal with it” attitudes, a growing company means growing pains with stafff turnover- but stick it out- there’s definitely an ebb and a flow and they try their best to compensate after the hard times.
