Pros
1. Highly talented and young employees. 2. Good learning curve. 3. Growing company so lots to learn and apply in every department. 4. Amazing products. (Really) 5. Great company but only as a last option.
Cons
This will take some time. 1. Salaries are way below industry standard. 2. Hikes are minimal and often unfair. 3. Management level is egoistic. 4. Weekends working without compensation. 5. Micromanagement on every level. 6. No creative freedom. 7. You will loose your individuality and become a puppet. 8. They'll say flexible timings but still expect you to arrive really early. 9. Office space is dull. 10. Policies and agreements are flimsy and horribly written. Plenty of loopholes which they exploit. 11. No proper process or planning for anything. 12. Poor execution of projects. 13. Staff is far more knowledgeable than the management. (Ego triggered) 14. All new and fresh ideas will be overlooked. For them, only management is always right. 15. Managers may take sole credit for the work done by the team. (Hence micromanaging) There are a lot more issues with this company which will ruin it in the long run. Advice to new joiners - Don't join. Or maybe work of 6 months or a year and get out or you'll get stuck.
