Pros
1. Before joining the Company HR will tell you in the induction that, you will get a good team members, pretty much good working environment, good career growth & and good salary hike after.
2. But after actual joining, withing 1 week you'll get to know that all the promises made & policies are totally fake.
3. There is not transparency in any of the processes including appraisals and your career growth, eventually you'll also get to know that, you totally ruined your life by joining these organisation.
4. Seniors are here to misuse there positions and torturing there juniors mentally, they'll always pretend that they knows each and everything. But eventually you'll get to know that, even your sub juniors has better knowledge than senior peoples.(Sad but true)
5. Most of the seniors behaves like they are the owner of the organisation and they can do anything with there juniors(torturing, criticizing, fire there team members at any time etc.)
6. I would suggest that before joining this organisation think 10,000 times.
