      The leadership was all over the place and felt pretty disorganized. I wouldn't say there was ever a clear layout of expectations and that seemed to affect the work.

      Good people, remote first, independent agency, so you don't have to deal with the BS of working for a holding company agency

      Cons

      Lack of company structure. Leadership inexperienced, very much flying by the seat of their pants. Some of the clients are nightmares.
