      Pros

      Nice and diverse coworkers, many opportunities to get grants or do research abroad. Really it was a nice job.

      Cons

      Importation problems, but that was before I hope. With the new government I imagine that is not a problem anymore.

      You can find good people and it's the only place in Argentina to develop and astrophysics career
