Engineers have a possibility to say what and when can be implemented and how overall goals can be achieved. They will value team players, people who can manage themselves and proactively provide solutions and take responsibility (fix their own mess).

Due to constant growth and quite volatile market segment (not as mature as automotive), this place may not fit for a person who likes long term stability in work processes or development phases. The development process is always evolving in order to balance demand and output quality. Command structure can be confusing and the amount of different (management)tools can be overwhelming at first.

It is easy negotiate between your interest in doing things and what need to be done. - Colleagues are friendly and supportive. One can easy get help or discuss any technical issues.

- With increasing size company becomes less agile. - Middle management seems to lack technical understanding to some extend, therefore link between management and tech. departments is not as strong as it could be.
