Cons
This company is a complete disaster. The management structure is all over the place – it's like no one knows who’s in charge, and nobody seems to care. There’s zero communication between departments, and decisions are made at random, with no clear direction or strategy. It’s honestly a mess.
The worst part? They don’t give a single thought to the employees. The higher-ups are completely out of touch with reality and have zero regard for the well-being of their staff. They don’t listen to feedback, and their idea of “management” seems to be just micromanaging every little thing. It's a toxic, top-down dictatorship where the decisions are made unilaterally with no input or respect for the people actually doing the work.
And don’t even get me started on the pay and benefits. The salary is embarrassingly low for the amount of work you’re expected to put in, and the benefits package is practically nonexistent. They don’t offer anything remotely competitive compared to other companies in the industry. You’ll be overworked, underpaid, and completely unappreciated.
Honestly, it’s hard to see how this company will survive with such poor leadership and a total disregard for its employees. If you’re looking for a place to grow, feel supported, or even just have a decent work-life balance, look elsewhere. This place is a disaster zone.
