      Job-site management are all over the place Bad Communication I’ve been trough several formans and it seems like too much going on They expect you to know what they want you to do when they don’t sure the plan for the day

      Great office, most of my coworkers were great, pay was decent, cool projects

      Cons

      Benefits were terrible, 401k pretty much non-existent, health insurance ridiculously expensive, they let a few bad employees ruin the entire company's culture, they preach culture but it's actually toxic working with certain people
