Kind office/staff and flexibility to work remote

Not a con specific to C+C, but since many employees WFH it can be hard to reach people

They offer a primarily remote work environment, but the Firm has 5 California offices and 1 Las Vegas office which makes it nice if you are traveling and need to go in person to work.

All of Leadership has only worked at Collins + Collins.
