Pros

- They will overpay you, at least in 2022 they did. - Unlimited PTO - Amazing 100% covered health benefits. (You pretty much never pay anything)

Cons

- No one knows what they are doing. Not management and not anyone lower. - Favoritism for promotions. Director promoted teammate who did very little work, but worked under her at another company. - Promised to be in financial shape, layed off majority of employees the last week of June 2022. - Promised CEO (who I worked with directly) would be writing reference letters. Then he disappeared. Check his social media and presence online he just disappeared. We were told he was on leave during offboarding process. -Overspending that seemed great until you realize it got you layed off. Raises above 20 percent, iPads, paid company trips, jackets, random gifts, huge bonuses. This sounds good, but had funds been managed properly they might have avoided firing so many people. -Everything they do is inconsistent and flawed. To a greater extent then you can comprehend. - Engineering team doesn't take accountability for improving the user experience. They make mistakes and say that is just the way it is, but don't care if it costs customer's money and time. - Tax reporting is a total mess. No one at the company has a grasp on crypto taxes or even the basics. Hundreds of customers were sent incorrect tax forms and corrections were sent well after the deadline. In July 2022 their Controller was just getting a grasp of the incorrect tax forms from a customer service representative who seemed to be the only person familiar with crypto tax laws. - Some many bugs on the website.

- Unstable; layoffs likely during your tenure - Unfocused; priorities change almost daily - Witnessed several instances of favoritism
