Outstanding company match and yearly pension amount. 10% savings net you 22%. Above average bonuses... when metrics are met. Anywhere from low 4 figures to low 5 figures
Cons
Toxic work environment. Avoid at all costs if you aren't much of a Kool-Aid fan. You will eventually be railroaded. No yearly increases without a promotion. Horribly antiquated forced ranking performance appraisal model, further contributing to workplace toxicity among coworkers and supervisor/subordinate relationships.
