Pros
I'm working in an International environment, the Flexible work time is good. I'm always working on Challenging tasks and time to time I can attend Training courses. Sufficient Benefit and Bonus package.
Cons
It's Huge company and this doesn't help if you are looking for a fast carrier, you need to Work hard, so it is very hard to get a promotion. The starting salary is very good but it remain more or less the same for ages.
