Cons
Senior management is very disjointed - no clear vision or plan, very slow moving. For potential employees: be very cautious working with HR. Make sure you are very, very thorough in your investigations re: not only salary & benefits, but also about raises (virtually non-existent), transparency of performance review process, and career promotions and paths.
