Pros
I love physical demanding hard work. Building skid steers was a great experience and I was reliable more so than most and was shown appreciation and given raises and allowed to work OT.
Cons
If you miss work for things out of anyone's control and you make sure days missed are minimal while others miss multiple days Inn a row they do not care. If you get 7 points for 7 days and others are getting 4 points for missing 10 and 12 days and those people don't assemble properly CNH would rather keep them over you
