      Cons

      They have few people the managers prefer over others. it doesn't matter how good you are or if you go above and beyond, the favorite people will always get the raise/promotion.

      Pros

      Employees are friendly, eager to help one another, and passionate about what they do. Great energy with friendly, hard working team. Customer-focused team with an enthusiasm to improve and never settle for the status quo. Corporate is very supportive and encourages an entrepreneurial spirit and approach to business and growth.

      Cons

      Two separate offices/locations. Would be better to have the entire team at one central location.
